About us

Bean & Cole is a specialty coffee shop located in the heart of Chester that brings the neighbourhood cafe feel to the city centre. Established in 2018, following a year spent working in the dizzyingly high standards of the Australian coffee scene, founders Ian & Nicole (Bean & Cole) wanted to recreate that hospitality combined with accessible specialty coffee.

Coffee is our passion and we proudly serve single origin beans from PLOT Roasting in Woolwich as well as rotating guest coffees from various roasters across the UK & Europe.

Alongside our coffee we serve a creative & quality focused all day brunch menu and stock bread, pastries & cakes from Chester's favourite Kookaburra Bakehouse.
